People looking to gain life insurance quotes in the near future might be able to take advantage of a new technological innovation.
Money Management has reported that consumers could soon compare life insurance deals with a newly developed iPhone application.
Omnium, a vendor of software products, is behind the new application.
Dr David King, founder of the company, has noted the positive response that the app has already seen.
He is reported by the news provider as saying: "We thought it was necessary to leverage the online solutions we have already developed for the industry into a quick and easy-to-use iPhone app."
The life insurance premiums offered by a variety of firms are due to be outlined by the app.
Earlier this month, the Confused.com head of life insurance Matthew Lloyd commented that he was worried to see that many consumers do not currently seem to have any life insurance in place.
